Cattique Cattery Terms and Conditions
1. Health and Safety Requirements

Vaccinations: In the interest of all our guests, no cat will be admitted without up to date vaccinations according to veterinary and Cattique requirements. Physical documentary proof must be provided before arrival.

Parasite Control: To keep our facilities pristine, all cats must be dewormed and treated with a tick and flea preventative (such as Frontline or NexGard Combo) at least two days before admission.

Health Risk Management: To maintain a sterile and safe environment, owners are not permitted to bring their pet’s own bedding.
2. Admissions and Transport

Safe Arrival: For the safety of your pet, all cats must arrive and depart in a secure cat carrier. Cattique Cattery and its staff cannot be held responsible should a cat escape from an unrestrained environment.

Shuttle Service: A collection and drop off service is available at an additional cost. Owners utilize this service entirely at their own risk.
3. Veterinary Care and Liability

Medical Attention: Should your cat become ill, we will contact a veterinarian or transport your pet to a veterinary hospital for professional care. All expenses incurred for veterinary consultations, treatments, or hospital stays are the sole responsibility of the owner.

Medication Administration: If your cat requires medication to be administered during their stay, an additional fee of R10.00 per day will apply.

Owner’s Risk: While we provide the highest level of care, all cats and their accessories are lodged entirely at the owner’s risk. By booking, the owner acknowledges and accepts the conditions of our accommodation.
4. Booking and Payment Policy

Payment Terms: Lodging costs must be settled in full one week before admission. Please effect payment via EFT.

Calculation of Fees: Costs are calculated per cat per day or part thereof. This includes both the day of arrival and the day of collection.

Final Settlement: All outstanding balances, including transport fees and veterinary expenses, must be settled in full before the cat is removed from our premises.
5. Cancellation Policy
Owners acknowledge responsibility for the full costs of the lodging booked. This contract is not subject to variation unless notice is received at least two weeks prior to the lodging date. Refunds are processed as follows:

Two weeks or more notice: 100% refund of monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

One week notice: 50% refund of monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Less than one week notice: No refund will be given.
6. Business Hours
We request that guests stick to these times to minimize disturbances and allow our staff to focus on the cats:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00

Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00

Sundays and Public Holidays: 16:00 to 17:00
